My journey began when I founded my first graphic design and social media & influencer management company - Grundform - in Europe in 2014.

Over the years, I've successfully spearheaded initiatives for various companies and brands, collectively amassing a staggering social following of over 3 million. In this role, I spearheaded end-to-end social media strategies encompassing major platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. These strategies significantly boosted brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. My work also extended to cultivating community connections, fostering a deeper sense of alignment with our company's mission. I achieved an outstanding 7% month-over-month growth in Instagram followers through organic methods, greatly expanding our brand's reach. Collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development, I managed affiliates and successfully launched a content creator program. This partnership-driven approach amplified brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, I played a key role in analyzing and reporting on KPIs to validate and demonstrate the success of our marketing campaigns.

At We The People Holsters, I was responsible for ideating and implementing creative concepts within the realms of social media and influencer marketing, consistently driving high engagement. I closely aligned social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives to ensure brand messaging synergy. My role included overseeing the in-house creative team. A significant accomplishment was the establishment of a self-sufficient influencer marketing program, featuring 150 influencers, which significantly enhanced brand loyalty and revenue. I excelled in negotiating partnerships and contractual agreements with influencers while creating and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking results via Google Analytics.

Another significant achievement was establishing and overseeing a network of 400+ global influencers, allowing me to orchestrate international campaigns and build new connections.
